Residential & Visitor Permit

If you meet the requirements, follow the steps below to apply for a residential or visitor parking permit.

Documents to Prepare

To apply for a Resident Parking Permit, please provide the following:

1. Proof of Residency (any two of the following):

• Council Rates Notice

• Residential Tenancy Agreement

• Driver’s Licence

• Bank Statement

• Utility Bill (e.g. electricity, gas, water, phone or internet)

• Pension/health care card 

• Electoral card 

Note: All documents must show your name and current residential address.

2. Vehicle Registration Certificates

• A copy of the registration certificate is required for each vehicle registered to the residential address.

• Each certificate must show your name and the same address as listed in your application.

• Residential and Visitor Parking Permit Application Form 

• New Visitor Parking Permit Application (without Residential Permit/s)
